    The next Christmas Festival at Stansted House & Garden Centre will take place on 23rd - 25th November 2012
    A Christmas Festival has now extended its opening hours on the Friday from 12noon – 8pm (last entry 7pm) 
    Sat & Sun a note is put up that Last Entry is 4pm
